PathKeeper’s 3D navigation system offers real-time tracking for spinal surgeries while remaining cost-efficient and radiation-free. The system combines AI with proprietary 3D camera technology to allow for tracking of both the surgical tools and the patient’s spine throughout surgery. The real-time tracking enables surgical screws to be implanted quickly and accurately, saving OR time and money and ensuring sub-mm accuracy and optimal results.

Company Solutions
Spinal surgeries have a high failure rate due to the lack of real-time navigation in surgeries. Current navigation systems exist; however, they use harmful ionizing radiation, do not offer real-time tracking, are very costly and are not accurate enough to support a wide range of spinal procedures.
In contrast, PathKeeper’s cost-efficient and radiation-free 3D navigation system offers sub-millimeter accuracy by virtue of its real-time tracking of both surgical tools and patient anatomy throughout surgery. These benefits enable our system to be compatible to a wide variety of procedures, amongst them pediatric deformity cases which require a safe and accurate solution to ensure optimal results when navigating the smaller vertebrae of children’s spines. The lack of radiation needed for system use ensures utmost safety for both patients and surgical staff.
Additionally, our affordable system can be adopted by all size hospitals, both big and small, thus ensuring that our solution will be available and accessible to all.
