Vocalis Health’s COVID-19 screening tool, VocalisCheck, assesses a person’s risk of infection based on proprietary COVID-19 vocal biomarkers. VocalisCheck compares an individual’s voice sample to a composite image of a COVID-19-positive voice, determining the probability that the individual may be COVID-19-positive and whether that person should seek further diagnostic testing. Vocalis Health’s COVID-19 tool is intended for use as a first line of defense which can be used in conjunction with screening tools such as temperature and symptom checks. The implementation of VocalisCheck augments current mass public health diagnostic strategies with an AI-guided, scalable tool to inform more efficient allocation of diagnostic resources.
