We In order to achieve true, actionable P3, the IMNA platform delivers 3 critical areas of functionality that assess each patient’s physical and mental state, along with adherence to treatment protocols critical to achieving desired outcomes:

• Acquisition: Our patient mobile app enables the capture of a wide range of signals including patient self-reported outcome (ePRO) assessments, pain and mental state assessments using mobile facial recognition technology, and integration with 3rd party wearable and other connected medical devices for passive data collection. IMNA also integrates with traditional data stores such as electronic medical record platforms to create a holistic view of the patient at any given moment.
• Analysis: Applying proven risk assessment principles, we have built intelligent algorithmic capabilities that separate meaningful data from the noise. By comparing patients’ signals to the target treatment protocols implemented in the platform, our technology immediately flags anomalies and so that the care team can assess and address with each patient. We are further expanding our capabilities in this area to incorporate BI-based analysis to identify risks that may otherwise go unnoticed in unstructured patient data such as ePRO responses.
• Application: The IMNA platform enables the intelligent delivery of reporting, alerts, and notifications to both providers and patients based on risk-driven algorithms and configurable rules. Visual dashboards present real-time snapshots of each patient’s status and trends. Care teams can create customized notification workflows based on specific roles and/or priorities so that the right signals reach the right team member at the right time. Embedded telemedicine capabilities and automated patient notifications improve patient engagement and adherence to desired treatment protocols. Together, these capabilities ensure constant connection between patients and their care teams to accelerate care and improve outcomes.
