Amir is the Chief Digital Officer for Healthcare Israel and leads strategic digital health cooperation with countries and international bodies around the world. He manages collaboration projects and Government-to-Government (G2G) joint relationships to bring Israel’s E-health solutions and innovations to the world. Key projects include the National Health Information Exchange infrastructure (HIE), open-source EMR application for small clinics, national health-oriented Big-Data research platform, national B2B\B2C Telemedicine platform, and more. Amir has 15 years of experience in IT projects, including 5 years as Program Manager for two national IT healthcare programs for Israel’s Ministry of Health (National Emergency Room Program and Electronic Health Records), as well as 3 years managing complex computing projects in the field of national systems.

Angela Irony (PhD, MPH, RN) is the Executive Director of Sharon District at Maccabi Healthcare at Maccabi HealthCare Services.

In the last decade she performed senior management positions in Maccabi's headquarters as a co-founder and manager of the telehealth center and as the Chief Nursing and Medical Centers Officer.

Angela has led some innovative ventures concerning telecare and remote monitoring for various populations (e.g. pregnant women, chronic patients, etc). As well, she has led significant strategic programs: "Integration 3600" and "Home Hospitalization, "My Pediatrician" app and more.

Fighting Covid19 she has launched the initiation of remote services for managing and monitoring covid19 patients as well as representing Maccabi in the national forum of struggling the pandemic.

Furthermore, as the executive director of the Sharon district she executes the complex yet successful vaccination project reaching compliance rate of 80%.

Angela is a requested lecturer in universities and colleges. She developed an academic course "Advanced technologies in remote medical services" regarding the implementation of various technologies in current healthcare.

Angela is a mother of two sons and is a nurse by profession.

Inon Elroy is a seasoned and professional executive in international economic and technological cooperation, innovation platforms that bring together entrepreneurs, academy institutions and governments. Inon was appointed Economic Minister to North America in August 2016. He has more than twenty years of experience representing the Ministry of Economy and Industry in a wide range of executive positions both in Israel and overseas.

As Vice Director General of the Israel Ministry of Economy and Industry from 2012-2016, Inon was tasked with overseeing industrial policy (promoting domestic production and innovation), trade regulations (liberalization of imports, anti dumping, and standardization), and  regional economic planning.  In addition, he supervised the Ministry's digital strategy, and  initiated policies to foster  innovation synergies between the public and private sectors. Inon served as the Economic and Commercial Counselor in France (2001-2005) and Germany (2009-2011). Earlier in his career, he was an advisor to several ministers of Economy and Trade.

Inon served as a board member of the research committee of the Office of the Chief Scientist, which approves industrial R&D projects. He was also Alternate Director for the bi-national R&D funds BIRD(US-Israel), SIIRD (Singapore –Israel), and KORIL (Korea-Israel).  Additionally, he served on the boards of the Israel Wine Institute and the Israel Consumer Council.

Inon holds an MBA from the University of Haifa and a BA degree in Political Science and Geography from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. 

Anat Katz serves in Israel's Consulate General in NY as Minister, Economic and Trade Affairs, U.S. and Canada. In this capacity Anat is responsible for promoting Israeli business engagements, exports, research and development collaborations with Canada and U.S. based companies and attracting investments to Israel.

Prior to this Anat held a number of positions in the Israeli Ministry of Economy including Senior Director, Head of the Israeli Ministry of Economy and Industry's Export Control Agency, Head of the America's desk in the Foreign Trade Administration. Anat also served as the head of Israel's Trade mission in Washington D.C. and in Singapore.

In-between Anat also headed the International Affairs Division of the Israeli parliament, the Knesset, where she promoted inter-parliamentary ties between the Knesset and the Israeli parliamentarians and their foreign counterparts.

Anat holds an MBA and a B.Sc. in laws (Honors Program) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She is a graduate of a directors' course administered by the Bar Ilan University, as well as of the Ministry of Economy and Industry's prestigious Cadet Course.

Anat is a certified lawyer in Israel. She is married to Tal and is a mother of two boys.
